Dalam rangka memperingati Hari Gizi Nasional, Nutricia Sarihusada melalui Nutrisi Untuk Bangsa mengadakan Acara Talkshow mengenai pentingnya nutrisi pada 1000 hari pertama kehamilan. Acara yang diadakan pada Hari Sabtu tgl 3 maret 2018 ini diadakan di Bangi kopi Jl. Walikotamustajab 41 Surabaya. Aku dan teman-teman blogger Surabaya berkesempatan untuk hadir dan mengikuti acaranya. Acara yang berlangsung selama hampir empat jam ini berlangsung sangat meriah. Banyak acara yang diadakan antara lain Konsultasi Kesehatan, Talkshow Keshatan dan Cooking Demo.





Hujan yang mengguyur kota Surabaya sejak pagi hari tidak menyurutkan langkahku. Bersama teman-temanku blogger lainnya, aku berangkat menuju lokasi. Acara yang diadakan nutricia selalu bermanfaat dan meriah, jadi pasti rugi kalau tidak datang, makanya aku bela-belain buat berangkat. Sesampainya di lokasi kira-kira pukul 12 lebih, suasana sudah cukup ramai. Setelah registrasi aku dipersilahkan untuk menikmati berbagai macam fasilitas yang diberikan, yaitu berfoto di booth yang telah disediakan, konsultasi kesehatan untuk mengetahui kadar lemak kita dan juga makan siang dengan menu yang lezat. Setelah puas berfoto di booth yang keren dan tentu saja instagramable, lalu aku mengikuti konsultasi kesehatan. Oya hasil foto di booth tadi, bisa diambil setelah selesai acara. Mereka mengukur tinggi badan dan berat badanku untuk mengetahui kadar lemak yang ada di tubuhku dan alhamdulillah masih ideal. Lalu aku memasuki ruangan yang tentu saja sudah bernuansa merah untuk menikmati makan siang. Menunya yang enak membuatku semangat makan hehehe... Setelah perut kenyang, kita pun bersiap menikmati acaranya.

Sekira pukul 13, acara dibuka oleh Bapak Arif Mujahidin dari Danone Corporate yg datang jauh-jauh dari Jakarta. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan acara talk show kesehatan, yang dipandu oleh dua pakar kesehatan yang mumpuni. Yang pertama adalah dr Nur Aisya yang membahas tentang pentingnya nutrisi di 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Seperti yang kita ketahui, saat ini sedang ramai dibicarakan mengenai stunting yang terjadi akibat kurangnya asupan gizi. Kebutuhan makro tubuh kita sebetulnya adalah nasi, walaupun karbohidrat sebetulnya tidak melulu nasi, kemudian protein dan lemak. Sedangkan sayuran dan buah itu sebetulnya adalah kebutuhan mikro. Stunting di Indonesia saat ini sudah hampir mencapai 38 persen dan itu termasuk urutan ke 5 di dunia. Sangat memperihatinkan bukan? Memang sebaiknya tinggi dan berat badan anak itu seimbang, jangan terlalu gemuk. Kalau sudah gemuk dan pendek itu bisa memicu banyak penyakit, seperti diabet dan tekanan darah tinggi.  Dan jangan khawatir dengan genetik atau faktor keturunan, karena sesungguhnya genetik hanya berpengaruh 20 persen saja. Orang tua yang pendek bisa mempunyai anak yang tinggi menjulang apabila sang anak diberi gizi yang cukup. Yang perlu diingat juga bahwa kenaikan berat badan itu harus diikuti tinggi badan dan besar lingkar kepalanya harus seimbang.

Nara sumber yang kedua adalah Ibu Bidan senior ibu Atik Kasiati. Masih menjelaskan tentang pentingnya nutrisi selama masa 1000 HPK, yang dimulai sejak saat pembuahan sampai anak berusia dua tahun. Pada 1000 hari pertama sel otak berkembang sebesar 80 persen dan diatas dua tahun tinggal 20 persen perkembangannya, maka dua tahun pertama itulah diperlukan gizi yang cukup dan seimbang. Oleh karena itu, ketika hamil sampai anak berusia dua tahun, sebaiknya kita benar-benar memperhatikan gizinya dengan baik. Bagi ibu hamil ada pelayanan antenatal yaitu pelayanan sebelum lahir yang biasa dikenal sebagai 10T, antara lain yaitu: 

1. Timbang berat badan dan ukurlah tinggi badan
2. Ukur Tekanan darah
3. Ukur LILA atau lingkar lengan atas, normalnya adalah 23,5 cm
4. Ukur Tinggi Fundes Uteri
5. Tentukan presentasi janin dan juga denyut jantung janinnya
6. Berikan imunisasi TT
7. Berikan tablet yang mengandung zat besi, walaupun mual atau sembelit harus tetap diminum
8. Test laboratorium sederhana (golongan darah, hb, glukoprotein urin) atau berdasarkan indikasi (HIV, Malaria, TBC)
9. Tata laksana kasus
10. Temu wicara atau konseling

Bila ibu hamil melakukan 10T selama masa kehamilannya maka ibu hamil dijamin akan tenang dan tidak khawatir selama menanti kelahiran sang buah hati. Jangan lupa kerjasama dengan suami juga sangat diperlukan sehingga terjalin komunikasi yang baik yang juga sangat bermanfaat bagi  perkembangan janin.

Setelah talk show maka acara berikutnya adalah cooking demo. Cooking demo pertama dibawakan oleh Ibu Alina yang memenangkan lomba masak kreasi Danone. Ibu Alina pada kesempatan kali ini mengajak peserta membuat agar-agar labu kuning. Caranya yang sangat simple membuat aku pengen langsung mencobanya. Tak lupa aku juga mencicipinya hasilnya, wah rasanya benar-benar luar biasa, anak-anakku pasti suka.

Cooking demo kedua dibawakan oleh chef Rissa Navratilova dan Chef Revaldi yang menampilkan bahan makanan dari wortel dan daun katuk. Dua chef ini adalah chef yang sudah ahli. Aku sampai bengong melihat cara memasak mereka, keren sekali. Chef Revaldi memasak carrot dessert sedangkan Chef Rissa memasak ayam pesto kelor dan katuk. Semua peserta sangat antusias mengikuti acara ini, sampai tak menyadari bahwa waktu semakin beranjak sore.

Acara ditutup dengan pengumuman pemenang live tweet competition dan berfoto bersama. Setelah mengambil foto dan hadiah tas cantik aku bersiap pulang. Menjelang pukul 17 aku sudah meninggalkan Bangi Kopi dengan perasaan bahagia karena telah mendapatkan banyak ilmu yang bermanfaat. Terima kasih Nutrisi Untuk Bangsa.

            Many people have heard about the Moai, the beautiful stones statues that you can see looking out in the oceanon Rapa Nui (Easter Island). But how much do we know about people built and moved these statues?
            There are 887 statues in total, and we know that the first ones were made about 1000 years ago.             A hungry crow saw an oyster on the beach one day. He wanted to eat the taste meat inside the shell, so he tried to open the oyster.
